Olio extravergine d'Oliva - 100% Molisano 100% Molisano. Molise Extra-virgin olive oil.
100% Molisano, the extra-virgin olive oil of Molise, was born from the greening hills of Frentano. It is the result of the wedding between the ancient regional olive tradition and the consolidated experience of APROPROL. It is an association that groups more than 10,000 Molisan olive producers, 1,120,000 olive trees, whose predominant variety is represented by the cultivar "Gentile di Larino" (60%), an inferior percentage of "Leccino" (10-15%), and the remaining 25% by other local varieties ("Nera di Colletorto", "Rosciola di Rotella" and "Ceraso di Montenero"). APROPROL associated producers have to respect, during the productive processes from the harvesting to the sale, a rigorous disciplinary as a guarantee for the organolectic qualities distinguishing 100% Molisano olive oil. It is appreciated and used in the Mediterranean cuisine; it is ideal for many dishes, for condiments on raw vegetables, legumes, fish, roasted dishes and toasted bread. In particular it is suitable for frying, as well as for cooking sweetmeats.
100% Molisano is available in the following containers: 0,25 l - 0,50 l - 0,75 l bottles.
